MASTER PULL-UPS! ⬇️ It’s a long journey but it’s worth it. I would recommend a similar progress to the one I’ve recommended in the past with dips. Lots and lots of body weight before you ever add weight. Even consider offsetting some of your body weight with a band, or starting with barbell rows (an excellent fitness daily). Barbell rows obviously aren’t a complete 1:1 pull-up translation, but they will help you get your back muscles in the game. Lats are notoriously difficult to engage, and iro
